If you refuse the delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and will be responsible for the fees incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery is always the same, regardless of whether or not VAT is chargeable on the sale.
