Product Care

The tin may become hot during use. Allow it to cool completely before handling or moving. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to help ensure a clean burn. Keep away from draughts, children and pets. Place on a heat-resistant surface and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn.

Our woven items can be personalised with up to 25 characters, embroidered on the bottom right corner. Exact placement varies as our sewers determine the best placement for each item according to the chosen tartan or design but typically appears above the FOXFORD label.

  • We aim for a dispatch within 24 hours, Monday - Thursday excluding embroidery.
  • Our bed linen is intentionally supplied without outer packaging, so you can see the colour and feel the fabric. Please inspect and feel your linen before fully unpacking it. If it’s not quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it in its original presentation.
  • Please note that shipping times for furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories are currently at least 4 weeks and can take up to 12 weeks.
  • Collection within 24 hours Monday to Thursday only, excludes all furniture and accessories.
