Personalise your purchase with custom embroidery.
Our woven items can be personalised with up to 25 characters, embroidered on the bottom right corner. Exact placement varies as our sewers determine the best placement for each item according to the chosen tartan or design but typically appears above the FOXFORD label.

Shipping & returns
- We aim for a dispatch within 24 hours, Monday - Thursday excluding embroidery.
- Our bed linen is intentionally supplied without outer packaging, so you can see the colour and feel the fabric. Please inspect and feel your linen before fully unpacking it. If it’s not quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it in its original presentation.
- Please note that shipping times for furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories are currently at least 4 weeks and can take up to 12 weeks.
- Collection within 24 hours Monday to Thursday only, excludes all furniture and accessories.
