The Salmon of Knowledge (An Bradán Feasa) serves as the inspiration for our Native Collection, lovingly hand-crafted using homegrown hardwood flaming beech. Adorned with original art by Deirdre, it portrays the timeless beauty of Ireland.
The Atlantic Salmon's silver scales, muscular build, and agile movements result in a majestic presence. Native to Ireland, they are the ultimate game fish. Their swift, acrobatic nature and complex behavior captivate and challenge even the most skilled anglers. Salmon run in Irish rivers from spring to autumn.
Famed Fionn mac Cumhaill, leader of the Fianna of Ireland, gained his wisdom by eating the Salmon of Knowledge from the River Boyne in Co. Meath.
