After over a century of creating the finest woven fabrics at our mill in Foxford, we launched our first ever bed linen collection in 2005. Designed to complement the texture of our wool throws and blankets, each and every set is developed in-house by the FOXFORD team and expertly made in Portugal at a mill we have worked with and trusted for years.
Designed in Ireland
Every season, the FOXFORD team works closely with designer Helen McAlinden to create seasonal collections of bed linen that take inspiration from different parts of our world — from the rural landscape surrounding the mill, and the mountains, lakes and rivers of the Wild Atlantic Way, to our own take on the more traditional bed linen designs such as the timeless ticking stripe and classic toile de jouy
Woven in Portugal
When it came to sourcing the finest cotton sheets, the world-renowned mills of Northern Portugal were our first and only port of call — this area is famed for its textile history and community of centuries-old family-run businesses. We have worked with and trusted the same Portuguese cotton mills ever since.
The Finest Cotton
When selecting the cotton for our bed linen, we always look at the quality of the yarn itself. FOXFORD sheets are all crafted from combed, long-fibre cotton — a fabric that gives our sheets an exceptionally smooth finish, as well as getting softer and more comfortable with time.
