The Foxford café opened at the mill in Co Mayo in 2008. The café has always offered the very best of local produce and quality seasonal ingredients. The exceptional food offering includes highest quality seasonal produce, local where possible, down to herbs grown in the Foxford garden. The menu includes a choice of soups, hot and cold dishes with an outstanding seasonal salad selection served with dressings and chutneys made in the Foxford kitchen, delicious bakery treats such as breads, scones, cakes and desserts all made on site daily.
