With over 20 years spent perfecting her recipe, our chef Kathleen Flavin shares the care, time and tradition behind our much-loved Gluten Free Christmas pudding.

“Our gluten-free Christmas pudding is based on the same traditional recipe I’ve been perfecting for over two decades, with a few thoughtful changes to make it gluten-free. I soak the dried fruit in whiskey for a minimum of two weeks to develop a fuller flavour, and replace the suet with butter, while keeping the warming spices, bright citrus notes and rich flavour that make a traditional Christmas pudding so special.”

Every pudding is made entirely by hand, with care and attention at every stage. The result is a delicious gluten-free Christmas pudding with a rich, indulgent flavour aromatic with warm spices and citrus fruits.

  • We aim for a dispatch within 24 hours, Monday - Thursday excluding embroidery.
  • Our bed linen is intentionally supplied without outer packaging, so you can see the colour and feel the fabric. Please inspect and feel your linen before fully unpacking it. If it’s not quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it in its original presentation.
  • Please note that shipping times for furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories are currently at least 4 weeks and can take up to 12 weeks.
  • Collection within 24 hours Monday to Thursday only, excludes all furniture and accessories.
