Description

With over 20 years spent perfecting her recipe, our chef Kathleen Flavin shares the care, time and tradition behind our much-loved Christmas puddings.

“Our matured Christmas pudding is based on the same traditional recipe I’ve been perfecting for over two decades, with extra time given to develop its deep, complex flavour. I soak the dried fruit for a minimum of four weeks, usually longer, before making the puddings. After steaming, I add extra Irish whiskey, allowing the flavours to develop further and creating a truly indulgent pudding.”

Every pudding is made entirely by hand, with care and attention at every stage. The result is a deliciously matured Christmas pudding with a rich, indulgent flavour, aromatic with warming spices and bright citrus notes, and a fuller, richer taste developed through extended maturation.

Shipping & returns
  • We aim for a dispatch within 24 hours, Monday - Thursday excluding embroidery.
  • Our bed linen is intentionally supplied without outer packaging, so you can see the colour and feel the fabric. Please inspect and feel your linen before fully unpacking it. If it’s not quite right for you, you’re welcome to return it in its original presentation.
  • Please note that shipping times for furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories are currently at least 4 weeks and can take up to 12 weeks.
  • Collection within 24 hours Monday to Thursday only, excludes all furniture and accessories.
